Who is D.Webb Designs?

D.Webb Designs is an indie business run out of Astoria, NYC. We make clothing and accessories and we make them very well! To find out more about our brand, please check out our About page.

Debbie “D.Webb” Cartsos is the Big Boss in Charge. She designs our garments, sources our fabrics, and oversees everything.

Len Cartsos is Debbie’s other half. He is incredibly helpful when it comes to operations and anything technical.

Debbie’s mother, Angela Harris, is responsible for Debbie learning to sew from the age of 12 as well as some of the styles you see in the shop. Her experience as an evening-wear designer, pattern maker, and shop owner is invaluable to the brand.

Cleopatra Altieri is Debbie’s Design Assistant and right hand. She has her own indie nail business, twee & honey, and started as a consultant in Indie Customer Service and Marketing.

How do I shop this site?

We have separated our designs into collections. Each collection is meant to be cohesive. Search our site for particular keyword such as “pants” or “skirt” or browse through our collections. If you would like help locating a style suitable for a particular event, ask us! We are happy to help.

Items are not guaranteed in the cart. Items are removed from inventory after completion of checkout (payment). If there is a limited quantity of the item you must have, purchase it right away.

How do I figure out what size to order?

We know sizing, especially in reference to women's garments, can be a challenging thing. Add the internet to the equation and well- you get the idea. D.Webb Designs considers this during every step of garment creation from the fabric choice to the design and even to the models we use for photo shoots. We have designed as much as possible to overlap in size (most items are 2 sizes!) and to be forgiving in the important areas. Please refer to the Sizing tab in listings and do not hesitate to contact us so we can help you choose the best size for you in any particular style.

What do you mean by Limited Edition?

If you like an item we have that is Limited Edition, buy it. It can’t be made again!

Items are made in small batches and often with fabrics that are challenging to source. We may receive a small amount of a particular fabric that we love and want to make a ton of garments with, but it becomes unavailable. These items are marked Limited Edition with good intentions to accurately represent that we can't make it again. We will keep looking for that fabric though! It is incredibly rare, in fact it has yet to happen, but we reserve the right to re-release Limited Edition fabrics in additional styles.

What if it doesn’t fit, what’s the return policy?

You have 10 days from receipt of your order to return items for the full purchase price. Shipping and handling charges cannot be refunded. You must contact us to notify us of your return. Use our handy contact page or email us directly at info@DWebbDesigns.com.

We recommend adding Tracking and Insurance to your return package. Please provide us with the Tracking number.

If your return parcel never makes it to us, we are sorry, we cannot provide you with your refund. If your items arrive damaged in anyway (ex, worn condition, animal fur, smoke smells, or washed, etc…) it will be returned to you and we will not process a refund.

Gift Cards, Reward items, Custom garments, and Downloadable Products are non-refundable.

When will I receive my order?

Your item should arrive at your door in 4-10 business days.

In stock items are processed within 1-3 business days. Priority Mail takes 1-5 business days. Priority Mail Express takes 1 business day. If you need your order shipped by another carrier or by another method contact us before you order. We will do our best to accommodate your request. Do you offer discounts for troupe orders?

We are pleased to be able to offer discounts on select items to troupe directors for troupe orders. Please contact us to find out which items are currently available for troupe discounts. We hope to be able to extend this offer to everything we make in due time.
