Our Halter top is an impeccably constructed version of this classic neckline. This soft fabric is our decadent Silver Sparkle black velvet, the kind of glitter sparkle that does NOT fall or rub off. It is fully lined with power mesh for light support. D rings at the bottom band and long stretchy matching velvet ties at the top allow you to twist, tie, knot a unique look.
There is an elastic inserted in the bottom band for extra support and the underarm is finished with a beautiful soft binding.
