Made from a light/medium weight knit made in a slinky knit, with black and electric blue tinsel stripes. Tinsel is so pretty!. This fabric has a delightful drape and flow perfect for movement. Shimmers like a dream without the heavy mirror finish. The fabric has a nice stretch and stripe pattern is subtle.
This Empire is a single-ply reversible version due to the fabric having no wrong side and the addition of french seams.
The Empire is not your average everyday infinity scarf! It will, however, become an everyday staple in your wardrobe. It has a generously sized hood attached and is fully reversible. You can drape it several different ways, wear it hood up or hood down, wear it as a vest or wrap it around your shoulders. I am sure I haven't yet figured out all the ways it can be worn. I'd love to see what you come up with!
I have had so much fun coming up with this design. I know it seeeeems simple but I spent quite a bit of time perfecting it. And it was so worth it! I debuted this style at the first Asteria Indie Collective event here, in New York City, in early December and it was a huge hit. I am so thankful to all my lovely D.Webb clients for all your support and love! With you, The D.Webb Empire continues to grow!
As always, made with love in New York City <3
