You have 10 days from receipt of your order to return items for the full purchase price. Shipping and handling charges cannot be refunded. You must contact us to notify us of your return. Use our handy contact page or email us directly at info@DWebbDesigns.com.
We recommend adding Tracking and Insurance to your return package. Please provide us with the Tracking number.
If your return parcel never makes it to us, we are sorry, we cannot provide you with your refund. If your items arrive damaged in anyway (ex, worn condition, animal fur, smoke smells, or washed, etc…) it will be returned to you and we will not process a refund.
Gift Cards, Reward items, Custom garments, and Downloadable Products are non-refundable.
You may choose to exchange an item as opposed to receiving a refund. Indicate your exchange request when you contact us, following the Return guidelines above.
Item/s on sale can be returned for store credit only. Item/s must be unworn with tags attached and returned within 10 days. If item/s are eligible for return, credit will be given in the amount paid during time of purchase. Discounts and coupons are not refundable.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless we sent you a defective or damaged item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot be responsible for packages that do not get delivered or are damaged during shipping.
